How do I transfer my Custom Design upgrade to a new blog?

    I tried transferring my Custom Design upgrade from one blog to another. It says that it is transferred, but when I try to edit the new blog (colours for example) using the Custom Design, it won’t allow me to. It keeps telling me to buy a Premium Upgrade… but I have already purchased the Custom Design (for $30) upgrade.
    Why can’t I edit the colours since transferring it?

    Hi there,

    I see the Custom Design upgrade currently active on the site foreverly1.wordpress.com. Is this where you intend it to be? If so, I’ve made sure it’s active. Could you clear your browser’s cache, and then log into your site. Try out those Custom settings again, and let me know if it works for you this time.
