How do I transfer my domain upgrade to another site?

    Hi there,
    I’ve attempted numerous times to transfer my domain (www.iansteer.com) upgrade package from iansteer.wordpress.com to iansteer2.wordpress.com via the Store/My Upgrades area by clicking the “transfer to another site” link. It’s not working. Can you help make the switch?
