How do I transfer my domaine registration to a new host?

    Hello,

    I have read the ” Transfer Domaine to another registrar” And I get hung up during the part when I go to the domain manager and can’t find the “Transfer ownership to another registrar”. Am I missing something? The website I am trying to transfer is ‘www.jaugurdesign.com. This has me stumped for days, and I Am not receiving any feedback for my problem, this site had been upgraded to a premium theme and I thought that came with support as well.

    Anything you can do to make this transition happen more quickly would be greatly appreciated.

    I can help you with that. But just so I am clear, is this the step you are having trouble with?

    Log into the domain manager

    Now that you have a password and your customer number you will need to repeat a couple of steps, bear with us, you’re almost there.

    Choose Transfer ownership to another registrar again from the menu, and click Next Step.
