How do I transfer my Premium upgrade to my personally owned domain

  I built a website using WordPress with the Premium upgrade. I transferred the domain to a previous already owned domain and lost the Premium upgrade functionality. I have tried using the “Transfer Premium Upgrade” but my domain name does not show up in the drop-down box. The domain is now victorylifeacademybrownwood.org.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  It looks like the domain you mentioned, victorylifeacademybrownwood.org, is currently hosted with a third party, meaning that the site you have running on it is a self-hosted WordPress.org site rather than a WordPress.com site.

  The Premium upgrade which you purchased is only functional on WordPress.com sites; it doesn’t have any effect on self-hosted sites which is why you were unable to transfer it over.

  I’m sorry for the confusion. If you have any other WordPress.com sites I can transfer this package to one of those.
