How do I transfer my stats to a self hosted wordpress?

  Hi! I’d like to know how I can transfer my stats (hits) from my wordpress.com website (which had the same web address) to my new hosted version of wordpress?

  The website is http://www.meshbodyaddicts.com , wordpress username was cutesexycool thanks :)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can use Jetpack for stats you want to transfer to your self hosted wordpress.
