How do I transfer my subscribers from my wordpress.com site to wordpress.org?

I have jetpack plug in installed already. Just need to know how to transfer the subscribers over to my new site at confessionsofabookiemonster.com
Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

As you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and posted the relevant URL(s), Staff will do the transfer of subscribers and stats for you. I tagged this thread for their attention.
