How do I transfer my wordpress.com followers to Jetpack on my wordpress.org site

  I just transferred my wordpress.com site to a self-hosted wordpress.org site. I have installed Jetpack on my new wordpress.org site and I’m wondering if there is a way to transfer my followers that I had on my old wordpress.com site over. Thank you in advance for any help or assistance you can give!

  I have moved over all your WordPress.com subscribers as requested. Please keep in mind that while your email subscribers will continue to receive email notifications of new posts as before, WordPress.com followers will only see new posts in the Reader. They will not receive email updates unless they subscribe to receive those on your new site.
