how do I transfer old posts to the new pages on my Siteground hosted site?

  I recently acquired my own blog domain (plaitwoman.com) and I added new pages. I want certain posts to go to certain pages from now on and i want to start by categorizing all of my other old content within these various pages. How do I put old posts in certain pages?
