How do i transfer ownership of a blog that I already left??

actually the blog is http://collegiatescholar.wordpress.com/ I just need to transfer ownership to a different person because the blog is owned by my company and I’m leaving the company. The blog was set up on my personal account so I “left” it thinking that i could look it up and attach it to the company wordpress account I set up but no luck. How do I transfer the blog above to this account I have just created?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That would help except I already left the blog so it seems like there’s no way to get back into it to transfer it. I just need to know if that’s true.
