How do I transfer posts on my Home Page to a New Page?

When I started my blog my posts were automatically placed on my ‘Home’ page. I now want to move these posts to a ‘New’ page but can’t see how to do this, can anyone help?
I have read the support notes about bulk editing but the options that come up are not as full as the example WordPress show.

I just clicked your username and discovered the blog linked to it is not a free blog being free hosted by wordpress.com. We only provide support for wordpress.com blogs here. For support for that blog you will have to post to the correct forum. It’s here > http://wordpress.ORG/support/
