How do i transfer some comments to a wordpress.org blog from wordpress.com blog?

    Hi i had a blog http://www.monaafzal.wordpress.com and i transferred it to http://www.zaiqa.net in January 2008. But the comments on my About page were not transferred to the About page at http://www.zaiqa.net I want to transfer them. Please tell me how do i do that without affecting anything else on my new and old blog?
    Also i wanted to close comments on each and every page and post at http://www.monaafzal.wordpress.com except on the latest post. But if i do this on the About page there, the comments are not appearing, i have to keep them allowed,currently, so that they appear, but i want to close the comments and also show the comments people left earlier.
    And at my blog- http://www.zaiqa.net even if i allow the comments at the About page, it isnt showing the option of leave comments form. Why?
    Also i wanted to change the tagline of http://www.zaiqa.net blog, is it possible, there’s an option to change, but i fear, if it will affect anything! Will anything go wrong if i change it? Or is it simple and will not affect anything?
    Please help me, and please do not tell me that i should ask this at wordpress.org forums.
    If anyone here can help me out, i’ll be very thankful!
