How do I transfer subscribers to my new domain?

I have recently transferred my domain and would like to take my subscribers with me. How do I go about getting my email subscriber list?

Hi Angie,
You can move your subscribers to your new self-hosted site with this guide: Moving Your Subscribers
If you’d like, I can do that for you. After your subscribers are moved, your email followers will continue to receive email updates, and your WordPress.com followers will continue to see your new posts in the Reader. If your WordPress.com followers would like to receive email updates, as well, they can subscribe via email on your new blog.

Does this also mean my email subscribers have been transferred as well? If not, what steps do I need to take to make that happen?

Yes, I moved both your email subscribers and your WordPress.com followers. They’re all subscribed to your new site now, so you don’t need to do anything more about that. :)
