How Do I Transfer Subscribers to Self-Hosted Blog?

  I need assistance transferring my wordpress.com subscribers to my self-hosted wordress blog which can be found at LoveNiki.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Provided you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and you post the relevant URL(s) into a forum thread, Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/#wordpress-com-to-self-hosted-site Do that now please as I have tagged this thread for their attention.

  I am seeing your site being connected to jetpack at 66.147.244.138/~loveniki/. That looks like a temporary or development domain. Jetpack needs to be connected to your permanent URL before I can migrate your followers.

  Can you please disconnect and reconnect to LoveNiki.com?
