How do I transfer upgrade ability from old admin to new admin?

  I applied for our company’s upgrade when I was an admin, but I am no longer involved in the blog so need to transfer the ability to renew/pay for the upgrade to the new admin. How do I do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Every blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the username account who registered the blog under that username account and associated email address. No matter how many blogs are created under any username account there will be only one gravatar and one primary blog that can be linked to that username.

  You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased upgrades to renew them or transfer the blogs and the upgrades to another username account.

  To transfer a blog from one username account A to another username account B you must first log in under the username account A that owns the blog you want to transfer to the other username account.

  Then you add the other username account B as an Admin of the blog.

  Then you A can use this process to transfer the blog to that username account B instead http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account

  Unfortunately, account B had already deleted account A. Now, although account B tries to invite account A to be Admin again, WordPress will not add account A to the list of users. Any way to get around this?

  What is the actual username account of A?

  Hi there,

  Since the user stephchun owns the upgrade, only that user can renew it or request to transfer ownership of the upgrade to someone else. Can you please ask stephchun to log in to their account and either reply here or contact us directly to confirm the request to transfer the upgrade to you?

  I can then transfer it to you so you can renew yourself. :)
