How do I turn a page into a post?

  Two of my posts were made incorrectly as pages, not posts. How do I make them posts and categorize them?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  dashboard—>edit page—>text editor—>select all—>copy—>add new post—>text editor—>paste—>save draft—>preview—>publish
  finally delete the duplicate page.
