How do I turn comments on?

    I have comments on in discussion under settings. But my most recent post has comments turned off. Can’t figure out how to change this. Does anyone know?

    If you’ve enabled commenting on your entire blog under “Settings>Discussion”, the only thing I can think of is that you’ve turned off commenting for that single post in the Write Editor. Open that post for editing again, look below the editor box for the discussion settings http://support.wordpress.com/discussion-module/ and make sure the “Allow comments” is checked.

    (Could someone explain to me why the WP.COM admin bar isn’t showing up on this site, although it is a WordPress.COM blog?)
