How do I turn off auto-spell correct?

  Some monkey is automatically switching words from what I write to what it this I meant to write, and without its flagging the switches, I don’t notice them until it’s published. Annoying.

  Hi Chris, we do offer some proofreading tools (http://en.support.wordpress.com/proofreading/), but we don’t auto-correct misspellings. Is it possible that you wrote the post from a mobile device or word processor that auto-corrected what you wrote, or that you have a browser extension installed that might have done it?
