How do I turn off "mobile site" permanently for my iPhone?
-
When I turn off “mobile site” on my iPhone, it always reverts to mobile site the next time I visit. I would like to disable “mobile site” permanently and in all WordPress sites. How do I do this?

For the iphone wordpress app, you need to inquire over at http://iphone.forums.wordpress.org/
This is just to be sure are you running the latest version of the app http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2012/08/09/wpios-3-1/

Sorry, I wasn’t clear. I’m not using the WordPress app, I’m visiting WordPress sites, which force me into “mobile” mode, which is completely unnecessary on an iPhone.
How can I stop being forced into mobile mode?

I’m sorry but I don’t know. Each blog has a mobile setting we can enable or disable. I deactivated the display of mobile themes on my blogs at the request of my mobile readers.

The decision on whether or not a mobile theme is displayed is up to the blogger.
There are no viewer-specific controls.
Some blogger want the mobile theme up, some don’t, and some use responsive themes which automatically re-size and adjust depending on the size of the screen.
