How do I turn off privacy on my site (transferring…)?

Yes, I’ve followed this guide.
I’ve followed it 3 times, now. I’ve unlocked the domain, but I can’t turn off the Privacy which my new registrar says is probably blocking the transfer. In DNS manager, when I click on the Privacy link, nothing happens. Is the privacy maintained with yet another DNS provider?!
Anyway, please help me get this domain transferred. Thank you

Just a follow up. I found the cancelled the Private Whois under my Upgrades on my Dashboard. Hope that fixes it. If so, I’d suggest adding that to the guide.

For others finding this thread… here’s how exactly:
1. Log into your dashboard
2. Click Settings > Domains
3. Locate the domain you want and click “Cancel Private Whois”
4. Confirm with the button on the next screen. -
