How do I turn off privacy protection for my domain so I can transfer to another host?

I am trying to transfer my domain to another host, however it won’t allow me to do so because the privacy protection is on. How do I change this?

Every time I try to “ask the support staff” it brings me back to this forum page. All numbers I’ve tried to use have proven ineffective as well.
