How do I turn off the "click to continue" feature?

  How do I turn off the click to continue feature in the text of my pages/posts? And how did it get turned on in the first place?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  As far as I know, it’s part of the template if you do see it, so you’ll have to modify the theme template.

  I dont see the “click to continue” on any of your posts or pages – I checked few of them.

  Thank you. I see it in the post under my Christianity Under Attack page. Maybe I need to purchase the upgrade to disable it. It is on a couple of words in the text of the post. If you cannot see it, maybe it is just trying to get me to purchase it… not working.
