How do I turn off the email and name requirement for commenters?

    I’ve unchecked the box requiring commenters to leave an email and name, but it still appears when commenters try to post. I’ve clicked on “Save”, but the change does not seem to take effect. Second question: If I upgrade to “Premium”, will I have any easier access to help?
