How do I turn off the likes button registration?

    anyone can comment on my articles on my blog without registering, but the likes button makes the user register through WordPress; this should be easier than commenting; how do I turn off the likes registration requirement?

    The like button is for in-house users only.
    You cannot use the Facebook like button without registering a Facebook account.
    You cannot use the WordPress.com like button without registering a WordPress.com/Gravatar account.
