How do I undo a change of address?
-
Hi! I changed the address for a newly created blog http://www.thezonemagacelebrationoflife.wordpress.com to http://www.celebratetheirlife.wordpress.com. I want to revert back to the original address but am not sure how to do it. I am not sure that I want to delete the new address because that is where everything seems to be stored now. I’m afraid to do anything and can’t seem to find an answer.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

You can move the content from celebratetheirlife.wordpress.com back to thezonemagacelebrationoflife.wordpress.com by following these steps:

I did this and received an e-mail saying that the import had been completed but it does not appear as if they were. I’m not seeing anything on thezonemagacelebrationoflife.wordpress.com

Because the original address was repointed to the new address, do I have to delete the new address in order for it to work? I’m afraid to do that though because I don’t want to lose everthing.

Hi there,
I flagged this thread for Staff attention as Volunteers can’t help with import issues. -
Thank you. I think I am just going to stick with the new address though. I created a cname on my current domain and registered it with WordPress so it really isn’t going to matter anyway. Thanks for everyone’s help though and sorry to bother you!

No bother at all. We Volunteers and Staff are here to help. Best wishes with your site. :)

I’m not seeing anything on thezonemagacelebrationoflife.wordpress.com
I’m seeing the same pages at http://thezonemagacelebrationoflife.wordpress.com/ as the ones you have at http://thezonemagacelebrationoflife.wordpress.com/
I see that you’ve mapped a subdomain for thezonemagacelebrationoflife.wordpress.com, and I’m glad you’re all set. Definitely no bother at all! :-)
