How do I undo a change when I don't have any access to the site?
-
Hi,
I was trying to make an edit to the site and I was using the WooCommerce plugin and put in my editor for style.php for my TopShop theme the following code:
‘.stock.in-stock {
display: none;
}’
Then when I tried to load anything from the site it just displays a server error with the error code 500.
Is there a way to rollback my site back to a couple of days ago before I made this change? Or is there any other way to edit my site without having to go to the site itself? I already invested a lot of time into the site and would hate to have to start completely over again just because of one mistake…Thanks

Hi @jilljpan,
Unfortunately, this isn’t the right WordPress forum to help with that problem. You appear to have a self-hosted site using the WordPress.org software, but this forum is for blogs hosted here on WordPress.com. The two versions are different and have separate forums. Please post your question at the WordPress.org forum: https://wordpress.org/support/
If you don’t have a username at that forum, you’ll need to register before posting. For more information about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org, visit: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ -
