How do I undo an entered domain and replace it with my given IP address?

I entered a not-yet set up domain in place of my blog’s IP address (I went to General – and then settings and typed in smile bakers.com in place of 69.195.124.96/~smilebak/) and now I am unable to access my dashboard or blog. Can I undo this so that I can get back to my blog?

The login at http://smilebakers.com/wp-admin is appearing correctly for me. Are you still unable to login there for your self-hosted site?
