how do I unlink a blog from my wp.com list?

  it is my friends blog, and now located on a server not on wp.com. but I don’t want it linked to mine cause it should all be linked to her and her email. thanks

  how do I unlink a blog from my wp.com

  You can transfer it to her account then.
  Here is how to do it:
  https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/transfer-a-domain-to-another-wordpress-com-account/
