How do I unlink my blog from an uninvited page: "theme. wordpress..com"???

Searching my blog-name via Google directs me to a new ad page: “theme.wordpress.com”, where an ad for Tewnty Ten is seen on half the screen.

How can I avoid this and ensure that my blog is disconnected from this page and appears properly on Google search, in its original address? (“haimshore.wordpress.com”)

Alternatively, how can I cancel my blog’s association to Twenty Ten Theme in any way?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That is the credits page and part of WordPress.com blogs. It’s like a colophon and displays credits for custom colors, fonts (if any are custom fonts are used) and the theme.

If you don’t want to use Twenty Ten, you can change to a different theme using the Appearance > Themes page in your blog dashboard.

Just to note, I do see your point and I have passed a long your feedback. There is not a way to remove the credits page for now, but I added a suggestion to review how this works the next time our developers work on the theme credits pages.

In the mean time, working on traffic and using SEO best practices is probably the best thing you can work on until the issue can be reviewed. You might like this article as a good place to start:

Based on your feedback, and feedback from others, we’ve added a no-index meta tag to WordPress.com theme credits pages so that Google will stop indexing them.

Thanks for taking the time to write in about that and to help make WordPress.com better.
