How do I unlock my domain name

    I want to switch to a different platform and keep my domain name. I don’t have the option available from here

    As mentioned during the cancellation process, we cannot guarantee that you’ll be able to recover the new domain.

    The good news is, we can still recover bistwo.com here, but we’ll need to start first with you re-opening the account you deleted, as we can only recover the domain to the account which owned it.

    To do that, please reply to the account closure confirmation email.
