Hello, I just received an email formm Erica saying that my subscription for Custom Design has been renewed!
What happened?

I DO NOT WANT TO RENEW CUSTOM DESIGN. i WANTED TO UNSUBSCRIBE.
YOU SAID IT WOULD RUN OUT ITS TIME, BUT INSTEAD i GET AN EMAIL SAYING IT HAS BEEN RENEWED.

Your Custom Design was not renewed. The receipt above states that Custom Design was ordered September 12 of 2010 and will expire on the same day in 2011. That’s the original purchase receipt, not a renewal.
What Erica did was send a receipt from your original purchase, which is what you requested in your email to her.
The only recent transaction that I have on your account is $17 for your domain renewal on August 3rd.
Custom Design has no been renewed and auto-renew is disabled. If you’re concerned, I can completely cancel it for you.
