How do I update by sending an email

  I believe there is a way to update my blog by sending an email to a specific email address; where can I find this address?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There is! You have to generate the email address. You can do that by going to Dashboard > My Blogs and clicking “Enable” under Post by Email.

  IS there a way to chage the magic email address should the one given get compromised?

  Yes, if you hover over the email address in the My Blogs page, you will see a few links appear under the email. One of them will be a “Regenerate” link, and you can use that to get a new address any time.
