how do I update CC information

I received notice to update my CC information for the VideoPress upgrade but when I go to ‘My Upgrades’ I do not have the option to make a change.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Your account, meganwhitney81, doesn’t own the VideoPress Upgrade for this site.
The user that owns the Upgrade can update payment information here:

Is there any way you can grant me access to this account? As mentioned Carol is not available to make the changes as she will only be returning to us in August. I am an Administrator on the site already.

If the owning user wants to transfer the Upgrade to your account so you can renew it, they can submit their request here, on this thread, and I will be happy to make the change for you.
If that is not possible, let me know, and I will extend the Upgrade until August.
