How do I update menu bar on blog (not side bar)?

  I am working on publishing my first blog and my about tab for the second page has disappeared off the menu bar and I cannot get it to come back. Any idea why this is and how to fix it?

  I can see an “About Us” link which leads to an about page. Did you mean another link on the navigation menu?
