How do I update my "about me" section?

  There is probably a very simple explanation, but I cannot find it. I have looked in my “customize” section, and cannot find out how to update this section.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Go to Dashboard > Uses >My Profile “About Me”
  What’s entered there displays on your gravatar page as well http://en.gravatar.com/bethtempleholmes

  In some themes like the one you use it will also display in an author profile box below each post.
