how do I update my database for all in one seo plug in

    Hi Guys,
    I tried to update my all-in-one seo plug in. I first need to do these 2 things: Your database meta needs to be updated. 171 old fields remaining (Back up your database before updating.)

    Your database options need to be updated.(Back up your database before updating.) Please give me the steps I need to take to make this happen. I am new to wordpress, so got a lot to learn about using it right.
