How do I update my Name Server?

Hello,
I have decided to give up on building my site through WordPress.com, and have instead decided to create my website in iWeb. I have everything setup correctly, and have cleared out my public_html folder and replaced it with my iWeb files, yet my website, http://www.tracyillustration.com stays the exact same. I was told by my host, HostGator.com, that I need to update my Name Server, or something like that. Can you please let me know what I need to do to fix this issue. Thank you!
