How do I update my payment information for my VideoPress Upgrade to be renewed?

  Hello there, I keep being told that I need to update my payment information for VideoPress because it’s about to expire yet there is nowhere on the Dashboard where that information is. How do I make sure my VideoPress upgrade is renewed?

  Also, why am I not able to get the ProBundle for $99 for my blog? I am a little confused by the restrictions I seem to have.

  Hi there, you may not be seeing an option to purchase the Value Bundle since it includes the VideoPress upgrade, which you already have. Just let me know for which site you’d like to purchase a bundle and I’d be glad to help by temporarily removing the VideoPress upgrade so you can purchase the bundle instead.

  What I am really confused about is I keep getting an email telling me to update my payment information because my VideoPress is about to expire but when I go to “Store” – “My Upgrades” there is no choice there to update anything. It’s just my past payment information. I see nowhere that I can update this information at all.
  I’ve clicked everywhere there is to click and nothing allows me to update anything. When I go to just “Store” VideoPress isn’t even there as an option either. Maybe I just need to let it expire and then see what my options are?

  Hi there – could you please confirm the address of the site referenced in the email, where you have the VideoPress upgrade?

  Is it the same site for which you want to purchase the Pro Bundle?

  If so, I’ll be removing the VideoPress upgrade temporarily anyway – to allow you to purchase the bundle – so there’s no need to worry about updating the payment information.
