How do I update the administrative email so I can transfer this domain?

    I’m trying to transfer this domain to GoDaddy and it’s saying, “The current administrative email for CORNERSTOREPRESS.COM is (blank). After you update the administrative email address on file for this domain at your current registrar, you may reinitiate this transfer.”

    My user profile already has an email address listed in it and I have administrator access so I don’t know what they’re talking about. When I asked them they told me to talk to you about it since it’s a problem on your end.

    Hi there! It’s the administrative email for your Domain, rather than your site, that is at issue.

    To view/edit your Domain’s administrative contact information, please click Store → My Domains in your site’s Dashboard. Click Edit Domain and make the adjustments you’d like. First and foremost, if you wish to transfer to GoDaddy, you’ll have to disable your Private Registration feature. Then you’ll want to follow these directions:

    To confirm the email address with which you registered your domain, take a look at the confirmation email that was sent to you after you made the domain name purchase.
