How do I update the credit card info an upgrade that another admin setup?

  I am working in a site created by someone else in the company. They are now gone. I am an admin user. When I go into the admin area and view “My Upgrades” I see all the services, but no links to enable auto-renew or update the credit card information. We have a new company card and need to update but I don’t see any place to do this? Is it because we aren’t using auto-renew or because another admin user originally setup these services (domains, no ads, etc)? Thanks in advance for any feedback.

  Hello there!
  You can find details here about how to update your credit card information and also enable/disable auto renew.

  From the page:

  Upgrades set to Auto Renew are automatically renewed every year using the credit or debit card information provided upon purchase.

  If you don’t have Auto Renew enabled, the Update Credit Card link won’t be available. You can enable Auto Renew, and therefore store your payment information, by clicking on Enable Auto Renew in the menu of settings.

  Hello! Thanks for the reply. Yes, that is the page I was using as a reference, only I can not see the credit card or auto-renew options. I only see the “Learn More” and “Domain Settings” links, neither of which seem to lead me anywhere useful.

  I had to do this just last week.

  Go to your Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

  There should be a list of products you’ve purchased (premium themes, custom domain, for example), and a link, “Upgrade Credit Card.” Click on that and follow the instructions.

  Hello! Yes, Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades is where I am going. I see our products, only they do not have the credit card upgrade option. If I search “credit” that word is not found anywhere on the page. Thanks for the response!

  The only one that can update the credit card info for an upgrade is the account that OWNS the upgrade – the upgrade needs to be transferred to a different account to be updated –

  Transfer Upgrades & My Upgrades

  Only the account that owns an upgrade can renew the upgrade.

  You can get the upgrade owner to transfer the upgrades to you for the upgrade. If they have trouble with the transfer they can log into this thread as the upgrade owner and ask the staff (using small clear words – from – to – this upgrade) to transfer the upgrades to you
