How do I upgrade?

  How do I transfer from a partial upgrade to a full upgrade? We currently have domain mapping and no ads and am intrigued by the business upgrade for $299 or the premium bundle for $99. My domain mapping and no ads have different renewal dates. Would I get a prorated refund if I upgrade to one of these other packages and what happens to my current domain address that has been purchased through another company?

  Hi there,

  We are not able to provide refunds on products which are more than 30 days out, however if you do purchase one of these two upgrades, once they are purchased we would be able to provide a pro-rated refund on it for the difference in cost on your No Ads and Domain Mapping upgrades once we’ve canceled them.

  In regards to your domain purchased through the third party company, that would still need to be maintained there. We do not have any ability to transfer domains into our system and it is never advisable to cancel a domain with the plan to re-register it elsewhere as it can take some time for it to be released to the public (and someone else may register it before you could). Instead, we recommend keeping it where it is and keeping it pointed towards us.
