I have tried all of that, an incognito window also does not work. The site keeps flashing a blank form.

I logged into your account and encountered the same exact issue as you described. I will look into this issue, but in the meantime, I was able to progress on the page when I reloaded it. I’m using Chrome. Please let me know if that works for you.

We use Chrome as well. When I reload I am able to put my information in, but the check out button still says, “Calculating Price.” Please let me know what you find.

Hi @kaciemueller, I think I see the issue. You’re logged in as an editor, and the system is having a hard time with that… though it should be clearer in the error for sure. We’ll be working on that.
Can you log in as the site owner/administrator to make this purchase, or have the administrator grant you administrative access?

Does your boss still have access to the email connected to the account? If so,
what I can do is e-mail the address associated with the account and respond from that e-mail to verify ownership. Then, I can look into the two step authentication issue.Let me know and I’ll send out the email.
