How do I upgrade Fatcow.com WP install with CSS/$14.97 for use with a template?

  I have a Fatcow.com site (BestVitaminSources.com) using their WP implementation. But there is no “Upgrades” button to activate CSS. It’s WP 3.1.2 beta, I think. Do I need to upgrade with the CSS $14.97 at Fatcow.com? If so, how would that be done? Fatcow tech support says to ask WP. Or is the Fatcow.com WP implementation CSS-ready, without paying for the upgrade? Thank you.

  The Custom CSS Upgrade is only available to WordPress.com blogs.

  Given that your site is a self-install of WordPress.org, you have complete freedom to modify your site’s theme and even add your own.

  Ze: thank you for that seemingly simple explanation. I’m going to make sure the techs and management at Fatcow.com know that distinction between WordPress.org and WordPress.com implementations for future frustrated Fatcow.com/WP customers. Glad you’re scanning the forum pages. Thanks again.
