How do I upgrade for the domain mapping for $13

  I have an existing domain I am trying to map too and I saw on the help pages that this would cost me $13 per year.
  We have followed the instructions but we don’t see the $13 option on the upgrade page.
  Where can I find this please?

  I’m sorry but new users like yourself cannot purchase any individual upgrades at this time. We are now required to purchase a premium bundle upgrade or a business upgrade to get a domain mapping upgrade.
