How Do I upgrade my domain on my blog for $13

  I received this email below to renew my upgrade for $13, but I cannot find a way to make the upgrade on the admin panel for the $13

  ‘Renewing this upgrade for another year costs $13.00. When you renew, your blog will again be available at ‘kjulesproject.com’. Note that your blog is always available at its default address, ‘kerlinejules.wordpress.com’….’

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  re: renewing upgrades

  You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, renew or cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew.   I’ve tagged this thread in the sidebar with modlook for Staff attention.
  If you’re logged into the account that is associated with your expired domain, they will look up its status and get in touch with details.

  If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies prior to logging into the associated account.

  Your domain mapping upgrade expired a short time ago. I was able to restore it back to your account but you have limited time to renew. Please go to your Manage Purchases page and renew it as soon as you can:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

  If it is expires or is removed from your site again, you will need to purchase a plan to get it back.

  Come back to me if you have any problems with the renewal.
