How do I upgrade this blog to the newest one you have recently put out?

  I want to up grade this blog to the newest version and be able to add the Analysis guide like I can on the Iron Woody blog site:

  I believe that in the past someone told me this version could not be updated because of it being hosted by GoDaddy.

  I am in the process of moving all of my content onto the WordPress site. I want it safe to use and be able to be updated when you send out the updates.
