How do I upgrade to Custom CSS?

  I’d like to upgrade to Custom CSS but I don’t see where/how to do this.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  When I click on the “Custom Design” link, the “Buy Upgrade” button isn’t an option. There is only an “Upgrade Active” button.

  If you see “Upgrade Active” that means you already have the upgrade. From there, go to Appearance > Customize > CSS and you should be able to add custom CSS to the editor there.
