How do I upgrade to WordPress 4?

  I can’t see how I can upgrade to WordPress 4. I don’t have an option on my Dashboard page telling me WordPress 4 is available.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you want to upgrade http://tortillafortea.wordpress.com/ – to 4.0 – that would really be a downgrade since you are currently running something more advanced than 4.0 – the staff do the upgrades at WordPress.COM – the blogger has no choice or option
