How do I upgrade to WP 2.5?

  I’ve got this status bar above my dashboard that says WP 2.5 is available and that I need to upgrade. It kinda explains how to do this, but I’m no techie and I don’t understand the instructions very well. I’m afraid I’ll delete my whole blog or something. Can anyone explain how to do this in layman terms instead of tech jargon?

  Let me rephrase the question more relevantly to wordpress.com. When will the goodies in wordpress 2.5 begin to appear on wordpress.com-hosted blogs? I’m especially looking forward to the improved image handling.

  There is a thread where a lot of discussion is going on about wordpress.com – automatic upgrade to 2.5 – as opposed to wordpress.org, where you’d need to do your own upgrade. But there doesn’t appear to be an actual date, yet.
