Hi, @alkunnash,
While you are welcome to ask for help in the forums, I do see from your prior posts that you have an upgraded plan. Please know that you can reach support here, for future reference: https://wordpress.com/help/contact
For your high resolution logo, much of the resolution has to do with the original image. Pixelation occurs typically when you have a lower resolution photo that you are trying to make higher resolution. Or a smaller size that you are attempting to make larger but without knowing the source, it is difficult to assist. (Just keeping it simple here).
If you still need help with this, please provide additional information such as which image are you working with – if you provide a link to it and where you are placing it/the size you need. Volunteers here can then take a look and make recommendations.

Hi there – in addition to Christine’s suggestions above, I tried to take a direct look at your logo image but I think there may be a problem with it, as it does not appear correctly when viewed on its own here:
Could you try uploading it again? Upload it at twice the final size you want it to be.
Let me know how it goes.
