How do I upload a new widget to WordPress?

I’m trying to upload the widget “Simple Daily Quotes” which you can find here: http://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-daily-quotes/
I downloaded the .zip file but can’t find a way to upload it to my widgets. Can you walk me through the process?

That’s for a WordPress.ORG install. You will need to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set you your own WordPress.org software install to install any plugins.
This is a free hosted WordPress.com blog http://gmburrahobbit.com/
There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on free hosted WordPress.com blogs.

If you want FTP access and to install plugins or third party themes then you will have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install.
